Where we are.

40 miles south of Marrakech
Only an hour from Marrakech and within easy reach of some of Morocco's most scenic valleys and gorges
Dar Tassa resides in the shadow of the Takherkhort Reserve, a sanctuary for Toubkal's most noble species, the Barbary Sheep. The Amaseen gazelle reserve, a must see in neighbouring Marigha, promises this regal endangered species will have fighting chance to restore its declining population. Be sure to bring your binoculars, as over 150 species of bird - from the Grey Partridge to the Alpine Accentor and Chough - make their nest among the Park's natural wonders.

• Brave the heart accelerating twists and turns of the Tizi-n-Test pass (Morocco's highest road at 2092m)
• Take a dip or lounge poolside in the peaceful oasis of L'Oliveraie
• Get a taste of La Bonne Vie at with dinner or a drink at Sir Richard Branson's Kasbah Tamadot
• Polish off your fork at the famed local 5 star restaurant, Le Sanglier qui Fume

Facilities available.

Arranged around a spacious living/dining room with fountain & fabulous views of the mountains. The cosy bedrooms are decorated with warm colours and Berber furnishings and have heating and air conditioning. Bedrooms: 3 Suites with double beds (extra bed possible) with en suite bathrooms, both with stunning views, 2 doubles and 2 twins/singles with shared bathrooms.

• owners promote eco-tourism and assist in conservation of the National Park
Tasty traditional food. Half board included. £10 per 3 course meal and packed lunches £3 pp.
